Company benefits (details negotiable):
1. There is a cafeteria within the company that provides three meals (two meat dishes, one vegetable, and one soup). The hourly and hourly staff will deduct the meal fee of 8.5 yuan/day, and the night shift plus night snack subsidy will be a total of 15 yuan/day.
2. There are three floors of dormitories in the company, with an elegant environment, divided into husband and wife rooms and employee standard rooms; Standard rooms have wardrobes and storage cabinets for 4-6 people, and each floor is equipped with a water heater.
3. Employees who have completed one year are entitled to a monthly seniority bonus of 50 yuan, followed by a monthly seniority bonus of 100 yuan in the second year, and so on, with a maximum of 200 yuan.
